When will I receive my material/materials?

-We try to allow 10 full business days to produce materials whether it be digital file, print or custom orders. Allowing us ample time to complete your project if you are an FSS facility, requests are due on the 1st of the Month, prior to the month of your event. If you are requesting rush service, you will be charged with a RUSH fee, at the cost of you or your facility in question.

When should I submit my request?

-ASAP, we are more than able to get work ahead of time with the proper amount of information provided. The earlier the better for both parties.

What if my project is late?

-Proper required advertising locations may not be reached, as additional time is required for digital slides and screens, also poster distribution.

Who is responsible for proofing materials?

-You are the most important part of your request, as the information provided will be duplicated as requested, unless otherwise noted. So please be sure to check spelling and grammar, dates & information as accurately as possible.
